The Delaware Museum of Natural History invites you to their tree house: a unique and fun way to discover arboreal animals using stereoscopic viewfinders, tracking clues, natural artifacts, and sound.
The exhibit “Tree Houses” includes a “Morphing Kitchen” where legs grow into tree branches, a “Crow’s Nest” for the youngest visitors to scramble around, 3-D photos of the smaller life hidden in trees, and different hands-on activities that explores the different habitats trees provide for creatures and people.
It begins May 29 and runs through Sept. 6; hours on weekdays and Saturdays are 9:30am to 4:30pm, and on Sundays from noon to 4:30pm at the Delaware Museum of Natural History. Admission is $7 for adults, $6 for seniors, $5 children (3-17) and free for children 2 and younger.
