A New Domaine

Try the black bean soup with a roasted garlic cream sauce, the savory Kobe Beef Burger with caramelized onions and aged cheddar on a brioche bun, or the decadent lamb stew with roasted root vegetables and linguine pasta. Whichever you choose, it adds up to one thing: an amazing gourmet lunch you will never forget.

Formerly Domaine Hudson Wine Bar and Eatery, Domaine Wilmington offers a fine dining experience without asking guests to sacrifice their wallets. Owner Tom Hudson explains that the establishment has become much more than just a wine bar. “With the craft beer list that we introduced last summer, it’s now more about food and beverage pairing, with increased emphasis on the food,” says Hudson.

The most exciting change at Domaine Wilmington, aside from the new name, is a brand new lunch menu. Developed by new Executive Chef Abde Dahrouch, the menu provides a gourmet lunch at a great value. The items previously mentioned are complimented by a selection of salads, sides and entrees. Lunch is served Monday through Friday from 11:30am to 2:30pm.

Chef Dahrouch has made quite a name for himself. Previously, he was part-owner of Pond and Bistro Cassis and also served as Executive Chef of Taquet Restaurant. Dahrouch has also been featured in Main Line Today. “We’re confident that Abde will create some real excitement in Wilmington with his talent and the following he’s created on the Main Line,” Hudson says. “We’re already very pleased with the response from our patrons in the short time he’s been with Domaine.”
