2012 Radnor Hunt Races

Share

Talk about a day at the races! The 82nd Radnor Hunt Races enjoyed spectacular weather and even better racing, thanks to steeplechase purses totaling $180,000 that attracted top horses and riders. Elegant fans filled the grounds, enjoying a chance to contribute to open space and clean water, since the races benefit programs of the Brandywine Conservancy in Chadds Ford, Pa.

Ballet Boy, ridden by Willy McCarthy and trained by Thomas Voss, won the featured race, the National Hunt Cup, which has a $50,000 purse.
