Whether you’re at the beach or at home you can find the incandescent glow of fireworks lighting the sky on the Fourth of July weekend. Two hotspots for fireworks on the Independence Day weekend are at Rehoboth Beach and Longwood Gardens.
Celebrate our country’s 235th birthday with your family and friends on either Sunday, July 3 or Monday, July 4. Longwood Gardens” celebration is on July 3 and Rehoboth’s display is on July 4, with both starting fireworks at 9:15pm. Rehoboth sets off the fireworks on Main Street but many visitors go to the boardwalk for the display.
Rehoboth’s fireworks are funded entirely by generous businesses, residents and visitors to allow a free event. Longwood Gardens” requires an admission to the gardens, which costs $38 for adults (16 and over) and $22 for children(15 and under).
