The 66th Annual Chadds Ford Art Sale & Show, held at Chadds Ford Elementary School, features the work of more than 70 professional artists from the Brandywine area and beyond. Artists sell and display their work, crafted in an array of mediums to satisfy every taste and budget.

Award winner Shawn Faust from Brandywine is the Featured Artist. Faust is widely recognized for his magnificent oil paintings of horses, landscapes and people. Some of his famous commissions include Barbaro and Seattle Slew. He owns a gallery and custom frame shop with his wife and brother.
Ana Delia McCormack is the show’s Donating Artist. Her beautiful florals and landscapes are infused with warm colors that reflect her strong latin influence.
Other artists include Tim Simboli, who studied his craft in Rome, and Ursula Ippoliti, who paints faraway countries among other subjects. Some artists feature what is local and familiar, such as Ray Parisi, who photographs the Brandywine Valley, what he calls an “undiscovered jewel.”
Special Artisan guests are welcomed to display their goods at this year’s show. Artisan goods include handcrafted jewelry, wooden items, and glass.

The Complimentary Reception & Sale on March 20 is open for adults only. Guests can enjoy live music and complementary hors d’oeuvers from prominent local restaurants and businesses. Guests have the opportunity to meet and talk with the artists, many of whom are available to sign or personalize their work.
The Exhibit & Sale on March 21 is open to adults and children. Enjoy live music as well as a raffle drawing, scheduled to take place at 3 pm. Free guided Art Tours of the Chadds Ford Elementary art collection and a Children’s Art Café are also offered.
Admission is free and open to the public. 30 percent of all purchases are tax deductible. All proceeds support educational enrichment programs at Chadds Ford Elementary School.
