A Walk to Remember

Once, May Day was a significant holiday, celebrated with Maypoles and processions. Sophie du Pont recognized the day with a May Day nature walk, strolling along the tranquil banks of the Brandywine River.

Start your own tradition by following in her footsteps; come enjoy a tour of the nature revealed in the Hagley Museum and Library’s 235 acres. The May Day walk, which takes place from 9:30am to 11:30pm, is included in the regular admission price. Call 302.658.2400 or visit www.hagley.org for more details.
