The Delaware Art Museum concludes its “Art is After Dark” series this December with monthly Clay Date and an Ugly Sweater Party. Don’t miss your final opportunity to contact with friends and meet new people in an artsy atmosphere!
Create your very own custom piece of pottery at Clay Date. Enjoy meeting new people, getting closer to that special someone, or simply trying something new in a relaxing environment. All supplies are provided and all skill levels are welcome. Light refreshments, including beer and wine, will be provided. This is a 21+ event. Tickets are $30 for member and $35 for non-members.
We all have that one sweater gifted to us by a loved one that never sees the light of day. Whether it’s ugly or just plain gaudy, we have our reasons. For once, you’ll be able to pull out that ugly sweater and wear it with pride at the Ugly Sweater Party. Prizes will be given for “Ugliest Sweater,” “Best Matching Sweater,” and “Best Homemade [Sweater].” Get into the Christmas spirit while sipping on holiday-inspired drinks, singing karaoke to one of your favorite songs, and much more! This event is free for members and $5 for non-members. A cash bar is available, with a special VIP option.
