Chester County Balloon Festival

For 11 years, Chester County natives and visitors have come to Toughkenamon to watch hot-air balloons soaring in the sky. The more adventurous can take in the sights below with tethered and untethered rides. More than 20 balloons take flight twice daily, with proceeds benefiting the Chester County Hero Fund.
