Del Art Presents Art is After Dark

Single? Looking for a new opportunity to meet people? Are you dating and looking for new ideas to impress your special someone? Look no further than the Delaware Art Museum’s  Art is After Dark Friday series.

Come out and enjoy Clay Date on March 22 from 7pm-9pm. Learn the fine art of making pottery while enjoying delicious refreshments, including wine and beer. Everyone is welcome, regardless of artistic talent or experience and all art supplies are provided. However, space is limited. Tickets are $30 for members of the museum and $35 for non-members. Please note that is this a 21 and over event.

If making art isn’t your thing, why not try dancing? Artful Salsa Dancing takes place on March 22 from 7pm-9pm. Dance the night away with that special someone, a mysterious stranger, or with friends. The event is open to beginners and dancers with various skill levels. Light snacks and a cash bar will be provided. Tickets are $5 for members and $10 for non-members.

The Delaware Art Museum is open Wednesday through Saturday from 10am-4pm and Sunday from 12pm-4pm. Admission is $12 for adults (19-59), $10 for seniors (60+), $6 for students (with a valid ID), and $16 for youth (7-18). Children (6 and under) are free and admission fees are waived every Sunday.
