Delaware County Symphony Performs Jazz and Tango Music

Share

The Delaware County Symphony (DCS) presents the second performance of its Chamber Concert Series for the 2014-2015 season. The performance takes place at the Meagher Theatre of the Thomas A Bruder, Jr. Life Center at Neumann University, Aston, Pa.

Tim Ribchester, Music Director of DCS

This concert is dedicated to the unique sounds and beauty of two modern forms of music; the upbeat, rhythmic sounds of American-inspired Jazz performed by our DCS Jazz Ensemble Dexterity, and the lush and vibrant sounds of Argentinean Tango music featuring our Music Director Tim Ribchester, and our piano and Concertmaster, Nina Vieru. Join us as they explore the musical soul of these two very energetic expressions of modern music.
