Celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Southern Chester County Chamber of Commerce by attending the first annual Family Fun & Music Festival. Bring the whole family to the Willowdale Steeplechase on Saturday, June 12 from 11am-7pm to enjoy a summer day of everything Chester County has to offer.
Filled with local flavor, this event features beer from Twin Lakes Brewery, wine from Chaddsford Winery, local music groups, carnival games, and even a photo booth to document memories of this special day.
As part of this event, the SCCCC took its cue from Hollywood and held a Kennett Square Idol competition to promote local bands. Finalists like Metropolis, Los Festingos, North 40, Window View, and Rosalind & Michael David secured their spots in the lineup at the Family Fun & Music Festival. Headlining the event is The Rolling Thunder Blues Review, so get ready to boogie with your family to all kinds of music.
Admission for this event, which will be held rain or shine, is $25 per carload, and a portion of the proceeds benefit the SCCCC scholarship fund. Don’t miss the Family Fun & Music Festival, a great way to celebrate summer, support local businesses and music, and bolster the Southern Chester County Chamber of Commerce. As SCCC President Brian Roselli says, “This is an opportunity to bring the community together to enjoy food, fun, and the great talent here in the southern Chester county area!”
