Free Museum Day

He was born on July 12 in Chadds Ford, and to mark what would have been Andrew Wyeth’s 93rd birthday, the Brandywine River Museum is offering free admission. What better way to celebrate a beloved artist than by viewing his art.

The Brandywine River Museum is internationally known for showcasing three generations of the Wyeth family’s artwork. Showcased in an historic grist mill, it also includes a fine collection of American illustration, still life and landscapes.
