The professionals aren?t the only ones making beautiful symphony music anymore.
The New Westchester Symphony Orchestra (NewWSO) presents its Spring Concert. An audition-free, amateur community ensemble, The NewWSO consists more than 50 members including doctors, lawyers, administrators, parents, retirees, high school students, and others coming together to rehearse pieces from music history. The concert comes after its debut to an oversold audience in March 2012, and its sold out Fall 2012 show.
Conductor Benjamin Niemczyk states that the NewWSO Spring Concert will be ?an inspiring follow-up to our sold-out spring and fall performances of 2012. The NewWSO Spring Concert is no second-place when it comes to fantastic fun for the whole family. Beethoven, Mendelssohn, Mozart, and Schubert round out a prize-fight caliber sounding of history’s greatest music.?
