More than 70 crafters and vendors will fill the Hockessin Memorial Hall for the Hockessin Holiday Extravaganza, an event benefiting the Delaware Hospice.

The Hockessin Holiday Extravaganza will benefit the Delaware Hospice, which provides care for 36,000 patients and their families.

Crafters from Florida, Maryland, New Jersey and Pennsylvania will display jewelry, holiday decorations, paintings, photographs, purses made out of placemats and much more. Wayne Dawson from Sedona Massage, and massage students from the Harris School will give free massages.

There will also be a chiropractor, face painting, letters from Santa and classes in jewelry-making. Each vendor will donate one item to be raffled off at the end of the day.

The Hockessin Holiday Extravaganza is organized by Dale Dawson, the co-owner of Magic Under Glass, in honor of a friend and fellow crafter who struggled with breast cancer. Dawson can be contacted for more information about the event at 302.561.0172 or magicunderglass@verizon.net.
