Kennett Square Parade and Tree Lighting

Share

Historic Kennett Square’s holiday parade and tree lighting features not only Santa and the Mrs., but the Hog Island MYA Mummers Club.

The festivities start at 6pm with a tree lighting and holiday caroling. A performance by dancers from Longwood Performing Arts kicks off the parade, which begins at Lafayette Street and continue east along State to South Broad Street. Cub Scout Pack 60 will be collecting non-perishable food. After the parade, children can meet Mr. and Mrs. Claus at The Kennett Flash at 102 Sycamore Alley. Grown-ups can enjoy browsing the shops, which will be open late.
