The Delaware Art Museum’s beautiful galleries and enchanting sculpture garden provide the perfect backdrop for a Mother’s Day celebration the whole family can enjoy.
On Sunday, May 8, a charming afternoon tea and buffet features a tasty assortment of fine teas, scones, tea sandwiches, and pastries. Mother’s Day Tea begins at noon with a second seating at 1:30pm.
After the buffet, discover the Museum’s exquisite collections during a gallery tour suitable for all ages. The afternoon will end with a hands-on family art project in the Museum’s Bank of America Education Wing. Families are also encouraged to explore the Copeland Sculpture Garden, the Museum’s playful and relaxing outdoor space that’s open from dawn to dusk.
