Visit the mushroom capital of the world, Kennett Square, Pa, to celebrate its number one cash crop. This small town produces 65 percent of mushrooms grown in America. Every year, on the weekend after Labor Day, almost 100,000 mushroom enthusiasts gather at the festival to enjoy grilled, fried, or sautéed mushrooms in a variety of dishes.
