This summer the Philadelphia Museum of Art will present Art Splash?a season filled with art, imaginative installations, and creative play.
Centered on a retrospective of the work of the renowned Caldecott Medal-winning children’s book illustrator Jerry Pinkney, Art Splash will present five enchanting exhibitions of illustration, fashion, photography, and design, each created especially with families in mind.
Exciting interactive play spaces, daily hands-on art activities, and special events will combine for an extraordinary summer arts experience for children and their families. These exhibitions will open at various times throughout the spring and early summer. Daily Art Splash family programming begins on June 28.
