Polo Returns

The 2011 polo season officially opens at Brandywine Polo with a 3pm match. The festivities, which include a barbecue, a chance to sample regional beers, and live music by Alligator Zydeco, start at 1pm.

As always, the excitement centers around the fast-paced sport of polo, which delights spectators and participants alike. Admission is $10 for a general admission ticket and $60 for an all-access pass that includes the barbecue and beer tents. The season-opener takes place rain or shine.

During the season, matches are held at 5:30pm on Friday evenings and at 3pm on Sundays.
