Award-winning Delaware County artist Robert Daniel Bohné is featured in a solo exhibition, ?Close to Home,? at West Chester’s new Church Street Gallery. An official opening event is set for Friday, May 2, at 5:30pm.
Born in Chester, Pa., Bohné studied at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts. During a career that spans five decades, he has received numerous accolades, including the Dorothy Invernizzi Guinn Memorial Prize in 2013 and several Delaware County Community College purchase prizes. Bohné now resides in Brookhaven, Pa.
?Close to Home? features more than 40 works in oil and on paper. The exhibition presents an assemblage of landscapes, still lifes, and figure studies.
