S.A.V.E. (safety, agriculture, villages and environment) is hosing its annual S.A.V.E. Shindig to raise money for the organization’s annual funding.
The S.A.V.E. Shindig will include both live and silent auctions of handcrafts and clothing from all around the world, exotic vacations, and more. There will also be live music by the Cameltones, hors d”oeuvres, and wine- and beer-tasting of beverages from all over the world. S.A.V.E. will also be giving away an Amazon Kindle to the first silent bidder with no additional cost and an Apple iPad to the winner of “Heads or Tails” ($25 to enter game).
Last year more than 275 people attended the Shindig, and S.A.V.E. was able to raise more than $35,000.
S.A.V.E. is a non-profit community organization whose aim is to sustain the region’s rural quality of life and community character through infrastructure and land use planning aimed at conservation, environmental protection, and safety.
