Ride into spring with the 72nd running of the Brandywine Hills Point-to-Point races. Whether you are a racing fanatic or are looking for family fun in the country, visit the 318-acre Myrick Conservation Center to watch competitors of all ages sprint to the finish at the oldest point-to-point steeplechase in the Delaware Valley.
The day begins with a variety of pony races followed by the main steeplechase races: novice, heavyweight, open, and foxhunter. Visitors can enter a raffle to win a range of prizes, from vacations to artwork to dining gift certificates. An assortment of children’s events is scheduled throughout the day, including stick pony races, face painting, an Indian Lore tent, and pennies in the hay. It’s a day filled with activities for all.
