The Thorncroft Equestrian Center is helping to solve the puzzle of autism with its 29th Annual Victory Gallop. This year’s black-tie dinner and silent auction has a theme of ?Piecing Lives Together? and features autism activist Temple Grandin, Ph.D., as keynote speaker.
Chaired by Jim and Marilyn Scanlon, the fundraiser benefits Thorncroft, a 70-acre farm that includes two indoor arenas, an outdoor arena, and trails through the countryside. Since 1969, Thorncroft has been providing physical and emotional well-being to all, including those with special needs, through the use of therapeutic horseback riding.
The Victory Gallop is held at the Hyatt at The Bellevue in Philadelphia. RSVPs are needed by March 21. For more information, call 610.644.1963 or click here.
