Hagley Museum and Library will feature special guided tours of its grounds on weekdays at 10:30am and 1:30pm. During these tours, visitors will be escorted through the property by a guide who will interpret the 235-acre site including Eleutherian Mills, the du Pont ancestral home, the powder yard and Workers” Hill.
The tour is included in the cost of admission, $11 for adults, $9 for students and senior citizens, $4 for children 6 to 14, and free for children 5 and under and for members. On weekends, visitors may take a guided tour of Eleutherian Mills; watch demonstrations in the Machine Shop, Roll Mill, Steam Engine, and Workers” Hill; and visit “Easy Does It!” for hands-on family fun.
During the winter, visitors who wish to only walk on the site or peruse the exhibits in the Visitor Center at Hagley may do so for $5, from 9:30am to 4:30pm on weekdays.
Bus service to the Belin House Organic Café will be from 11:30am to 2:30pm. This shuttle will continue to run an approximately 15-minute circuit from the Visitors Center to the café.
